The Motivation of Maintenence
Tnere are many reasons why I go to the gym, or for walks, or bike rides, or for a swim, or work in the garden – but this pretty much sums up my overwhelming motivation for going.
I love food and I don’t care who knows it! And, I’ve been known to enjoy some drinks right along with it.
All I have to say is, “Thank heavens for exercise.”
I might not be losing weight too quickly, but at least I’m either maintaining or losing slowly, so I’ll take it!
