Day 32 – Crunches

I know that I have to exercise more.

I’ve been walking 3-4 kms with the dog just about everyday, but that’s just not enough, especially when I love food as I do.

Today I finally got out that fit ball, did some pushups and some crunches (thought 50 was a nice round number to start off with)

Now, I’ll try and remember to do them tomorrow or the next day as well!
