A Romantic Row Boat Ride Around the Royal

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…”my baby takes me to the best places“.  This past weekend we embraced the summer like temps, headed outdoors and decided it was high time we indulged in a romantic activity that we’ve been talking about doing for some time now. With picnic basket in hand, we set off for Royal National Park  (Australia’s oldest National Park, and the second oldest in the world, next to Yellowstone) where we rented a row boat and took to the river for peaceful picnic floating along the cool clear waters of the Hacking river.

Here in Sydney you can take one very romantic man who knows his way around a pair of oars, add some sweet sunshine to warm the skin, toss in a picturesque natural setting, a warm summerlike breeze, the sound of cockatoos soaring overhead, and a picnic basket full of our favourites and you end up with a fabulous way to spend a Sunday afternoon with the one you love.  Thanks Chris…..you can row my boat anytime!
