The Canadian Australian Club comes through again. A wonderful Thanksgiving Day lunch, complete with turkey and homemade pumpkin pie (thanks Brenda!) made us Canucks feel a little closer to our North American roots and customs. A big thanks to Pam for organizing, Valerie and Laura Mae for a warm welcome and especially to Alex and Laura Mae for stepping in to MC.
The day’s events included a Canadian quiz, (Chris won this one!), some great prize draws, a fabulous lunch and the company of some wonderful people. For the full photo gallery, have a peek!
I, for one, was thankful for the efforts made by everyone in creating a great day.
